Apple Solicitors [Legal Practitioners] was registered in Nigeria to provide effective and efficient Legal services, with its head office in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. As a law firm having extensive experience in Civil and Criminal Law litigation, with a team of competent and innovative practitioners, have expanded our areas of services and knowledge to contemporary and diverse areas of laws covering Corporate and Commercial, Environment and Oil and Gas, Admiralty, Land and Real Estate, Human Rights, Criminal Litigation, Family law, Employment Law & Labour Relations, Alternative Dispute Resolution i.e. Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation where we have continued to grow our capabilities and strength with a focus on client satisfaction and staff development. Our fast-track growth can be traced from the relationship with the law firm of Okey Wali & Co, N. Nwanodi & Co, Nkoli Obi-Awa & Co. The principals and managing solicitors in the two firms are Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), an equivalent of Kings Counsel in the United Kingdom while the principal solicitor in the third law firm now late, was a very senior lawyer. As part of our story, it is worthy to note that the Principal Partner of Apple Solicitors Chief Kingsley Chuku has been conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), and the former partner in the law firm Augusta Uche Kingsley-Chuku was elevated to the Rivers State High Court Bench in 2018 and since then she has ceased to be a member of the firm. These are testaments to the caliber of professionals the law firm has nurtured. Our team of professionals hold esteemed memberships and affiliations with a variety of leading national and international professional organizations, including the International Bar Association (IBA), the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Mediators, and Conciliators.

Apple Solicitors [Legal Practitioners] is a registered firm of legal practitioners that provides effective and efficient legal services, with its head office in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a fast-rising firm with an ingenuity for practical legal solutions, it has carved a niche with a speciality in Civil and Criminal litigation; Corporate and Commercial Law; Family Law; Labour and Employment Law; Property Law; Admiralty and Environmental Law, Arbitration and Mediation.
As a firm of thoroughbred professionals with an enviable grasp of knowledge and experience in the practice of law, our services are not limited to legal representation, advocacy and solicitorship, but include being attentive to our client’s instructions and guiding their desires with professional counselling and advice through options that best benefit their interest. We also give a premium to confidentiality in our client-solicitor relationship, as information verbal and documentary are protected with an ethical sense of duty.
Our firm’s history is a confluence of profitable internship and association with notable and experienced senior collegues in the firms of N. Nwanodi & Co; Okey Wali & Co (the Principals and Managing Solicitors in both firms being Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN); and Nkoli Obi-Awa & Co with a Principal Solicitor Nkoli Obi-Awa Esq (now deceased) who was a very senior lawyer and a respected member of the Bar.

Principal Partner
Chief Kingsley Chuku who is the Principal Partner obtained his Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the prestigious University of Calabar and also the Nigerian Law School, Abuja where he gained his Barrister at Law (BL) and was called to the Nigerian Bar to practice Law as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Not tired of acquiring, developing and contributing to legal education in the Country, he decided to extend his educational frontiers by obtaining his Master of Law (LL.M) degree from Rivers State University. He is also in the process of completing his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. – in view). He is a Notary Public.
Before he ventured into Legal Practice, he worked briefly with Philip Project Centre Limited. Thereafter, he worked with the following Law Firms as Counsel, Okey Wali, SAN & Co.,N. Nwanodi SAN, & Co. and later became the Principal Partner, Apple Solicitors to date. He has attended many Local and International Conferences in his quest for knowledge, development of the Law and Continued Legal Education such as the Nigerian Bar Association Conference from 2001 till date, the International Bar Association in South Africa (2002), San Francisco, USA (2003), Lagos-Nigeria (2004), Chicago, USA (2006), Kenya Commonwealth Lawyers Conference (2007) just to mention but a few.
He is a member of many Professional bodies such as the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. He is a Christian and a Knight of Saint Christopher and married with Children.
